Required space

You can choose between two types of stands.

  • A bare surface (surface of your choice / minimum 9 m2) - No walls or floor carpets.
  • A 'turnkey' surface (surface of your choice / minimum 9 m2) - Includes the vegetal carpet, Octanorm partitions, basic 16 Amp. Single-phase electrical connection, 1 lighting fixture per 6m2, 1 table, 2 chairs, and 1 identification poster.

PLEASE NOTE : one or more corners are not possible in case of a minimum surface of 9 m².

A rented surface entitles you to 2 exhibitor badges.

Renting a box entitles you to 1 additional exhibitor badge.

If you take a space of more than 40m², an additional badge per 20m² is included.

Your application will be registered and examined by the organising committee within the week. If your application is accepted, you will receive notification and an invoice. You will also be notified if your application is rejected (for lack of space, because your activity is not in line with the purpose of the show or for any other reason that would justify a refusal).

The official confirmation of your stand with the balance invoice will be sent to you four weeks at the earliest and two weeks before the show date at the latest.

Taking possession of the reserved area and the use of the services ordered are subject to the full payment of the invoices due.
