Required space

You can choose between two types of stands.

  • A bare surface (surface of your choice / minimum 9 m2) - No partition walls nor carpet provided.
  • A 'turnkey' surface (surface of your choice) - Including vegetal carpet, partition walls Octanorm, basis electricity connection 16 A mono-phase, 1 spotlight/6m2, 1 table, 2 chairs et 1 identification panel.

Bare surface

The bare surface does not contain any partition walls or carpets. If you wish a stand with walls and carpets, we advise you to take the option Floor mats + partitions in the equipment section of ‘bare surface’ or to take the ‘Turnkey surface’.

Your application form will be registered and studied by the Organizing Committee and a deposit invoice (corresponding to 50% of the cost of the rental of the stand you wish to book, plus fixed and compulsory fees) will be sent to you within 20 days of receipt of your application for admission.

In case the payment of the deposit is not made within the time limits indicated on the invoice, an additional amount of € 100 will be added to your invoice.

The official confirmation of your stand with the balance invoice will be sent to you four weeks at the earliest and two weeks before the show date at the latest.

Taking possession of the reserved area and the use of the services ordered are subject to the full payment of the invoices due.
